At present,there are frequent problems in the marketing and quality safety of fruit and vegetable products in China,it seriously affects farmers’ income growth,agricultural sustainable development and threat to consumers’ health.The reason is that the supply and demand information and quality information of fruit and vegetable products are asymmetric and opaque.As an effective solution to the problem--The development and design of logistics information system for fruit and vegetable products is imminent.Meanwhile,with the extensive economic development mode,the harm to the environment is more and more serious,the concept of low carbon economy is gradually deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and was highly valued by the government,as a large source of carbon emissions,agricultural products logistics industry also needs low-carbon management.In view of this,this paper chooses the perspective of low carbon economy to study the design of logistics information system for fruits and vegetables,through warehousing,distribution and other functional modules development,to achieve full traceability of supply and demand information,quality information and carbon emissions information for fruits and vegetables.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on research on domestic and foreign literature,according to different scholars’ interpretation and analysis of related concepts of fruit and vegetable products logistics information system,the key words of fruit and vegetable products logistics,logistics information system,low carbon economy and low carbon logistics are summarized;In addition,based on the theory of supply chain management,information system and low carbon economy,the overall,systematic and holistic characteristics of fruit and vegetable products logistics are extracted.(2)Aiming at the current development of fruit and vegetable products logistics information system,The requirement of low carbon for logistics development of fruit and vegetable products is put forward.It is concluded that there are some problems infruit and vegetable products logistics information system,such as imperfect function,low integration and lack of carbon emission constraint mechanism.In addition,through two aspects of system function and system performance in-depth research,it indicates the necessity and urgency of integrating the logistics information system of fruit and vegetable products into low carbon economy,the feasibility of the system is analyzed from three aspects: system operation mode,information technology and low carbon concept.(3)Take SQL Server 2010 as database,Visual Basic as system development language,object oriented system development method,Based on the conceptual model and database model of the system,we build an integrated information system.Ant colony algorithm and MATLAB simulation are used to optimize the delivery route.Based on attribute similarity and storage efficiency is the highest of the storage location optimization principle,two dimensional code generation and scanning technology is applied to realize information traceability and logistics whole course carbon emissions monitoring,the information system is implemented for the above optimization process,solving the problem of information asymmetry in fruit and vegetable supply and demand,asymmetric quality information and asymmetric information of carbon emissions,to reduce carbon emissions in the process of logistics(4)Take A company as an example,the basic functions of system login,fruit and vegetable information record,query are realized,and the distribution route optimization,storage optimization,carbon emission calculation,fruit quality traceability and other features.After test and effect evaluation,the system can reduce the carbon emission of logistics and achieves data completeness,functional integrity and performance stability.
