The Study Of Optimation About Jiangsu Fruit And Vegetable Agricultural Products Logistics Modes

In recent years, the fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics model of Jiangsu province has some development, but the effect is not significant. The long logistics, the big loss and the high cost have not been solved. The depletion rate of the fruit and vegetable agricultural products in the circulation is still as high as about25%to30%.The depletion rate of the countries which have developed fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics model is less than5%and the depletion rate of America is1%to2%.So it is necessary to do research on the fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics model of Jiangsu province and build a high efficient fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics model.In this essay, I combine the logistics theory, the practice of modern agriculture and the characteristics of fruit and vegetable agricultural products, learn from the developed countries’experiences and lessons on advanced logistics and distribution patterns of fruits and vegetables at home and abroad, choose fruits and vegetable logistics model of Jiangsu Province as an example and combine with the actual situation of the fruit and vegetable agricultural products in Jiangsu Province to analyze the existing fruit and vegetable logistics distribution system and analyze the problems in the existing distribution process of the fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics. In this paper, we put forward building the fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics distribution process which is led by the "main supply+logistics center+sales subject" logistics center. Letting scattered farmers join agricultural economic cooperation organizations to optimize the supply main, using cluster analysis method to determine the level of fruit and vegetable logistics center of Jiangsu Province and considering the product features and customer needs and other factors to solve the sitting of the logistics center and optimize logistics center functions, the fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics mode of Jiangsu Province is optimized. Finally according to the above analysis, I put forward the suggestions of strengthening the establishment of the fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics facilities, improving the logistics information level of the fruit and vegetable agricultural products, strengthening logistics personnel training, developing the third-party logistics enterprises and strengthening the government regulation to promote the fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics distribution model of Jiangsu Province.
