With the global economic recession and international financial crisis,not only do China's economy not stop moving ahead,but it also accommodate the international environment initiatively by innovating constantly and step into the new development stage.However,in order to achieve the Two Centenary Goals,China still face a lot of contradiction and constraint,one of the prominent contradiction of China's economy is constructive problem.Therefore,factor input structure,as the important aspects of constructive problem,needs to be combined with the development of different regions' economy and solved by introducing relevant reform program,dissolving factor input structural imbalance and improving productivity.Not only that,relevant departments should evaluate the validity of factor input structure.The thesis focuses on analyzing the insufficiency of factor input structure in different provinces and evaluate the validity of factor input structure by calculating productivity in different provinces and combining the structural index of productive factors.What's more,the thesis proposes the related countermeasures and suggestions for transforming the China's economic growth pattern form extensive pattern to intensive pattern.Through consulting literature material and base on productive factors theory,input-output theory,econometrics and so on,the thesis construct evaluation index system of the validity of factor input structure,and evaluate the validity of factor input structure in China.Based on inputoutput data and environmental data in China's 31 provinces from 2011 to 2015,firstly,the thesis calculates the comprehensive factor score of factor input in different provinces to reflect factor input level.Secondly,the thesis calculates the structural index of productive factors,including land,labor,capital,management,technology and information.Thirdly,calculates the productivity without the impact of environmental factors(traffic,education level,market openness,citizen's income level)and random factor by Three-Stage DEA Model,and compares the Three-Stage DEA Model results with traditional DEA Model results.Finally,according to the above results,the correspondence analysis is adopted for finding out relevance am ong factor input structure,productivity,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and the thesis proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing factor input structure and improving the productivity in different provinces.The results show that the productivity has a variation trend of high-middle-low from east to west during the twelfth five-year-plan period,and the three northeastern provinces have gotten into the so-call subtraction phenomenon.Although China's productivity,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency have been improved,there still have difference among different regions,especially some remote areas,such as Yunnan,Ningxia and Guangxi,these provinces become a serious drag on productivity improvement.What's worse,the provinces that their traditional factor input ratio are less than 50% account for less than 30%,most provinces still rely simply upon traditional factors to maintain economic development.Therefore,all provinces in China should consider the internal and external factors to deepen the structural reforms,effort to import talents and advanced technology from home and abroad to enhance the ability of resource allocation and upgrade technology,only then can China improves its productivity and p romotes economic transformation and upgrading.
