After more than ten years of rapid economic development in China,problems such as energy shortages,environmental pollution,infringement of consumer rights,and growing conflicts between employees and companies have become apparent.The appearance of these problems highlights the necessity and urgency of Chinese enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.The fulfillment of corporate social responsibility in the overall corporate strategy has become an indispensable topic for today's enterprises.With the emergence of the above problems,the traditional financial goal theory of maximizing shareholder wealth is increasingly difficult to survive in practice.From a broader political and social perspective,companies need to serve more stakeholders rather than a single shareholder,so as to maximize corporate social responsibility.Ultimately,the relationship with stakeholders will also affect the operation of the company through various channels.This requires that the allocation of corporate financial resources can not only consider the company or a certain type of stakeholders,but must take into account the interests of various stakeholders.In this context,the paper selects Bright Dairy as the research object and first analyzes the current financial strategy of Bright Dairy.The financial data and social events in recent years have been used to analyze the impact of the current financial strategy of Bright Dairy on various stakeholders,and the degree of harmony between Bright Dairy and various stakeholders has been obtained.Finally,we get the performance of the current financial strategy of Bright Dairy in undertaking corporate social responsibility.Through research,it has been found that the current financial strategy of Bright Dairy will reduce the symbiotic relationship between the company and shareholders,creditors,consumers,and management.That is to say,the social responsibilities undertaken by companies in these areas need to be further improved.For the problems found in the research,this paper has optimized the existing financial strategy of Bright Dairy from the perspective of corporate social responsibility.In accordance with the classification of stakeholders,the financial strategies related to shareholders,creditors,consumers,and management are optimized one by one.The move aims to help Bright Dairy to better its social responsibilities related to various stakeholders,improve the symbiotic relationship between the company and these stakeholders,and ultimately help the company improve its operations through the interaction of corporate social responsibility and financial strategy and make company achieve sustainable development.
