Evaluation Index Construction Of Corporate Social Responsibility System From Symbiosis Theory Perspective

Corporate social responsibility is not a burden, but rather to promote development of the whole society, thus forming a virtuous circle of enterprise and community development.While advocates corporate social responsibility in China many years ago, but China’s corporate social responsibility problem is still frequently appear.Corporate social responsibility evaluation study aimed to define the content of corporate social responsibility to bear, and to build constructive form of corporate social responsibility guidance.The current evaluation of corporate social responsibility has remained mostly single enterprise level, unilateral rules of corporate social responsibility for the content, only requires companies to fulfill corresponding obligations and responsibilities is not sufficient to give full play to the strength of society.This paper studies the corporate social responsibility system evaluation system, analyzing the current evaluation of corporate social responsibility. Taking symbiotic theory and stakeholder theory as foundations, and taking the forefront of corporate social responsibility symbiotic system practices as reference, and finally building evaluation index of corporate social responsibilitySystem.Shenzhen China and Nanjing and other six cities were taken be the corporate social responsibility system as evaluating objects.Collecting data through questionnaires, and using Entropy-TOPSIS model to make empirical analysis. The following conclusions: the eastern city of Nanjing, Shenzhen, compared to other evaluation systems, on the comprehensive evaluation system of corporate social responsibility in a leading position; the role of social responsibility in different evaluation systems businesses, governments and other five parts to play in the system are not the same, corporate social responsibility systems around China to be more evolutionary development.
