Research On The Entrepreneurial Effect Under The Interaction Of Technology Heterogeneous FDI And Total Factor Productivity

The word "entrepreneurship" has become one of the most important themes in today's society,and entrepreneurial activity has been an effective way to improve the speed of economic development,optimize the industrial structure and promote employment.President Xi Jinping proposed in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee that we should further stimulate the enthusiasm of the whole nation in Entrepreneurship and promote "mass entrepreneurship and innovation." Although entrepreneurship is a complex process of multiple factors interaction,through literature research and field research,it is found that overseas FDI inflows and external total factor productivity growth(internal factors)are two key factors that affect regional entrepreneurial activities.On the one hand,with the acceleration of the process of world economic integration,transnational corporations are restructuring the value chain globally,thus forming a highly integrated,closely related and integrated international division system.On the other hand,due to the difference between host country's total factor productivity(mainly for technological progress and technical efficiency),the technology spillover effects of FDI on host countries are different,and the entrepreneurial effects generated by FDI at different levels of technology must be different.Therefore,we explore the mechanism of entrepreneurial effect under the interaction of FDI and TFP,and empirically study the interaction effects of these two factors,which will have important theoretical and practical significance for the formulation of entrepreneurial policy.Based on the theory of FDI spillover effect theory,TFP and entrepreneurship theory,through two aspects of literature research techniques of FDI heterogeneity and TFP to entrepreneurial effect mechanism,and on the basis of the evolution of industry effect under the interaction of the two record.The introduction of "technology not forget" assumption,using Malmquist-DEA productivity index method to measure2005-2015 in recent 11 years in China manufacturing industry TFP and its subdivision index of technological progress and technical efficiency,combined with the divisionstandard of OECD FDI is divided into low technology,technical and high technology three categories,based on the construction of China's manufacturing business effect panel data model,an empirical study of China's manufacturing industry and Technology entrepreneurial effect heterogeneity in FDI and TFP under the interaction of the difference and comparison of the different technical level of FDI effect.The results shows that in manufacturing sector,The entrepreneurial effect of FDI is negative,the entrepreneurial effect of total factor productivity is also negative,but the entrepreneurial effect of interaction of FDI and total factor productivity is positive;the entrepreneurial effect of technical heterogeneity FDI interacting with total factor productivity present a degree of differences,the technology gap between mid-level technology FDI and mid-level technology sectors is the best to match foreign technology with domestic technology,therefore,the entrepreneurial effect is biggest.Finally,on the basis of theoretical and empirical research,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the three levels of government,enterprise and Industry Association.
