With the development of the times,the demand for personnel is more and more in its own management process.The good and stable human situation can guarantee the good development of the enterprise.WLS design company has a history of more than 10 years in its own development process,and has a high reputation in the design industry.But in recent years,the turnover rate of technical staff has been rising in WLS design company,which has affected the normal operation of enterprises to a certain extent.This article mainly takes WLS design company as the research object,and analyzes the root cause of employee turnover combined with the basic situation of the company.First of all,the purpose and background of the study are outlined,and the current research status and related theories on turnover rate at home and abroad are summarized.Then it expounds the related theories and basic concepts of employee turnover,including the concept,classification and calculation methods of employee turnover,and expounds the related theories of employee turnover,which provides the theoretical basis for the following research.This paper introduces the basic development of WLS design company and the current situation of the loss of technical staff.It analyzes the current employee turnover in this enterprise by using the interview method and the telephone call return method,and summarizes the place where the enterprise needs to be improved.The solution to the problem of employee turnover is put forward,and the corresponding improvement measures are made in connection with the cause of employee turnover to provide guarantee for the enterprise to retain technical talents.Research conclusions: the reasons for the loss of technical staff in WLS design company include low salary,lack of training and promotion system,lack of attractive enterprise culture,poor working life environment,unimpeded communication channels within the enterprise,inhumanity of design department management mode and family factors of technical staff.The enterprises should implement such factors as optimizing the salary and welfare system,paying attention to the career planning of technical staff,improving the working environment of the technical staff,and implementing the humanized management.As a representative designenterprise,the WLS design company's technical employee turnover coping scheme has a strong reference significance for other enterprises' human resource management.
