Employee turnover has always been an important issue in the development of enterprises,especially in recent years,due to the increasing competition among enterprises,staff management has become more difficult.If the enterprise can not create comfort for employees 3 satisfactory working environment will greatly increase the possibility of employee turnover.For this reason,all kinds of enterprises are formulating reasonable measures to improve staff management,the purpose is to reduce the turnover rate and increase employee stability.On the basis of literature review,taking Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Fromm's expectation theory and Adams'equity theory as the foundation,this paper summarizes the demographic characteristics,types and departure directions of Group employees through field investigation and questionnaire survey,and then analyzes the employees from the enterprise level and the employees level.The reasons for leaving are analyzed thoroughly,and the optimization strategies for employee turnover are put forward.The development of enterprises is bound to depend on the participation and contribution of employees.Only by changing the employing concept in time and perfecting the employee recruitment,salary management,performance management,risk early warning and relationship maintenance,can the enterprise get rid of the adverse effects of employee turnover,and then retain employees and play an important role of employees.
