| The PPP project of the city of science and technology is close to the core area of Zhengzhou.The location advantage is obvious.The Jinshui science and Education Park of this project is one of the first areas to undertake the spillover of industry and population in the core area of Zhengzhou.In the use of PPP model for project investment in the science and technology city project,we must pay full attention to all kinds of risks in the process of PPP project in the science and Technology City,consider the possible risks in detail,and do systematic analysis,take the risk prevention measures in advance,then allocate the risk among the partners,take full consideration of the interests and risk bearing capacity of the parties,and thus reduce the risk of the project.And ensure the maximum benefit of the project.The risk management of the science and technology city PPP project is directly related to the success of the project and the long life of the project.The successful implementation of the project has great economic and social significance.Therefore,the risk problem in the implementation process has become the core issue of the common concern of the project participants.In addition to the risks of general construction projects,the PPP construction project in the city of science and technology is more complex because of its extensibility in space and time,and the interaction between its internal factors and the external environment,so that the risk is far more than the general project item.Therefore,how to effectively analyze its risk is a realistic problem to be solved.It is against this background that we attempt to systematically analyze the risk of PPP mode in science and Technology City,and improve the risk analysis theory of PPP mode in science and technology city.Based on the analysis of the PPP construction project in the science and Technology City,this paper uses BP neural network to carry out the research on the risk assessment and response of the PPP construction project in science and technology city.The main contents of this study include the following aspects:(1)the theory of risk management of PPP project in the city of science and technology.First of all,the relevant contents of PPP model are systematically combed,and the status of PPP project implementation and risk management at home and abroad is deeply analyzed.On this basis,the basic theory of PPP project risk management is summarized,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of the risk management of the construction project of the technology city PPP.(2)risk assessment of PPP project in science and technology city.According to the general principles of risk analysis and the risk characteristics of the PPP project in science and Technology City,the whole process risk of PPP project in science and technology city is summarized and analyzed,and the five kinds of risks of the PPP construction project of science and technology city are identified and analyzed,including politics,law and contract,organization and management,project construction and finance,which lays the foundation for the follow-up risk assessment.Based on the risk identification of PPP construction project in science and Technology City,the risk assessment index system of PPP construction project in science and technology city is constructed.The risk assessment model is built by introducing BP neural network,and the risk of PPP construction project is evaluated with the established model,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are demonstrated.(3)research on risk response of PPP project in science and technology city.Through the analysis of the risk analysis factors of the PPP construction project in science and Technology City,combined with the role orientation of the PPP construction project in China’s science and Technology City,the risk coping strategies are deeply analyzed,and the risk sharing of the main risk coping styles is analyzed in detail,and the corresponding risk management suggestions are put forward. |
