Research On The Impact Of Social Networks On Farmers' Land Use Decision-making

In recent years,with the development by leaps and bounds of the network,the development of network conditions promote the sharing of resources and provide farmers with a new way of information channel.more and more farmers according to their own needs to get market information through the network platform,and then decide to choose the type of the crops,the planting scale and Investment decisions.such not only favorable changes in timely and accurate grasp the market information,but also lead to better decisions on land using and can promote the farmers' income.Through reading a large number of related literature at home and put forward the idea of selecting relationship intensity and frequency of interaction,interactive,information quality,ease of use of social networking platform,the security of social platform include six explanatory variables,selection of planting types of decisions,scale of planting decisions,plant investment decision-making three dependent variable,build a social network of peasant household land use decision model,the influence of the hypothesized,then has carried on the questionnaire survey to 206 farmers,collected the related data,the empirical analysis,analyses the validity of the reliability of the questionnaire,using the principal component analysis to extract the variables,using analysis of variance analysis of the age,influenced by factors such as education level of farmers,using ordered Logit regression analysis the variables in the social network influence on decision-making of land.It is concluded that the relationship between strength and frequency of interaction,the interaction degree of plant type decision,has positive influence on cultivation and planting decisions,the ease of use of social networks for growing type decision and planting has positive influence on investment decisions,social network security for growing scale has positive influence on decision-making of conclusion.On the basis of empirical analysis,finally farmers themselves,the government,network platform,the community aspects are proposed,the purpose is to farmers to better access to information through social networks,grasp the dynamics of the market,make more scientific and reasonable decision,and a better income.
