Study On The Impact Of Land Use Behavior Of Farmers In Contracted Areas

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,and implement the strategy of rural revitalization.As the most important means of production in agricultural production,land is of vital importance to peasant life,agricultural production,and rural stability.Its scarcity characteristics mean the importance of rational use.Whether it is rational use is related to the modernization of agriculture and realize the effectiveness of rural revitalization.Agricultural producers are the main body of rural revitalization and the decision-making body of land transfer.Their land use behavior will directly affect the effectiveness of agricultural and rural development.Therefore,grasping the impact of land transfer on the land use behavior of agricultural producers has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on this,this paper takes 255 households in the main agricultural production area of Huaibei Plain and Yangtze River Plain in Anhui Province,and make a combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis to reveal the impact of land transfer differences on farmers' land use behavior,and then provide a basis for the optimization of land use strategy.The main conclusions of the study are:(1)Through descripti've statistical analysis,it is found that the degree of land transfer varies greatly between the two regions.Only 26.47%of farmers in Gongqiao Village carry out land transfer,while 96.08%of farmers in Shengwei Village have carried out land transfer,but from future land transfer In terms of willingness,farmers in both regions tend to transfer land or transfer land to expand agricultural production in the future.The minimum rent for acceptable land transfer is about 53.3 yuan/hm2 per year.(2)There are also differences in land use structure,land use degree,and land use intensity in the two regions.Under the dispersed small-scale farmer business model,small capital investment intensity,land use is low,land labor intensity is small,and capital investment intensity is high.(3)The land transfer rate has a positive correlation with the land use structure of farmers;the land transfer rate has a negative significant impact on the degree of land use;the land transfer rate has a positive and significant impact on the land use intensity of the family.
