Study On Quality Improvement Of Scenic Spot Of Qinhuangdao Wildlife Park Based On IPA Method

In recent years,on the background of the continuous development of social economy,China’s tourism industry has experienced an unprecedented historical change,transforming from extensive tourism development to comparatively intensive tourism development,from minority tourism to mass tourism,from a single scenic spot to the whole region.These changes have promoted the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry,improved the quality and efficiency,and constructed a new pattern of tourism development.Based on the development concept of global tourism,the tourism form has gradually become qualitative and exquisite.As the core attraction of tourist destinations,the quality of tourism is of utmost importance.In this paper,to proposes targeted measures to improve the quality of the Qinhuangdao Wildlife Park(hereinafter referred to as Qinye),promote Qinye better management and development,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to comprehensively analyze the quality improvement of scenic spots in Qinye.Firstly,combing the theories and concepts needed in this paper,it elaborates the research object,research background,research significance and research methods of this paper,and provide theoretical support for the subsequent analysis.Secondly,starting from the current situation of Qinye scenic spot development,the paper extracts the influencing factors of Qinye scenic spot quality improvement,and compiles the questionnaire accordingly.Then found that the influencing factors of quality improvement in Qinye scenic spot are 8 dimensions and 35 measurement indicators.Thirdly,according to the interpretation principle of IPA analysis and Kano model,the importance and performance of the influencing factors of the quality improvement in Qinye scenic spot are analyzed so as to determine the key factors to improve the quality of Qinye scenic spot.Finally,according to the analysis results,the key indicators for improving the quality of the Qinye scenic spot are focused on,and improving the quality of the Qinye scenic spot.
