Research On The Service Capacity Building Of The ZB Communication Industry Association

As a non-profit social organization,the communications industry association plays an important role in strengthening self-discipline,improving public service capacity,promoting the vigorous development of the communications industry,maintaining the order of the communications market and the rights and interests of consumers,and promoting social harmony and stability.Therefore,the service capacity building within the communication industry association is an important factor that affects the operation effectiveness of the industry.This paper holds that the communication industry association of ZB city can better resolve the internal contradiction of communication industry,establish the new concept of informatization innovation development,and bring into play the function of bridge and bond of communication industry association by strengthening the service capacity construction.This paper mainly focuses on the existing problems in the service capacity construction of ZB City Communications Industry Association,and first analyzes the factors that affect the service capacity of ZB City Communications Industry Association.Then in-depth analysis points out that the route choice of improving the service capacity of the communication industry association is the innovation point of this article: the construction of the entire service capacity system of the ZB communication industry association.Then through literature research,case study,comparative reference method and other methods,the necessity and feasibility of building the overall service capacity system of the ZB communications industry association are analyzed,and the experience and problems are summed up.Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures on how to improve the service capacity of the communication industry association.
