Research On The Agriculture Comprehensive Production Capacity Of Hohhot

With the rapid progress of urbanization in China,the cultivated land area and labor force in China are both declining,and the development potential of agricultural productivity is becoming less and less.In such a severe case,it is very important how to maintain the comprehensive productivity of agriculture and how to achieve the bumper harvest in the process of urbanization.As the capital city of Inner Mongolia,the rapid development of the second and third industries restricts the development of agriculture.With the lack of the 13 th five-year plan,Hohhot's government has paid more and more attention to the development of agriculture,and Hohhot's agricultural development has also determined the steady development of other industries.In addition,Hohhot is the economic,technological and cultural center of Inner Mongolia,therefore its ability of the agricultural comprehensive not only embodies in the increase of agricultural output,also depends on the improvement of agricultural products quality and the increase of the science and technology inputs.In this study expounded on the basis of the research background and significance,and draw lessons from the predecessors' study and put forward his own research framework,first of all,the concept of comprehensive agricultural productivity has carried on the detailed elaboration,and gives the definition and scope of study,this article,then the production situation of Hohhot agriculture from the time dimension(2007-2016)and the crosswise comparison(12 union city of Inner Mongolia)comparative analysis,mainly related to the agricultural production,industrial structure of agriculture,farming and animal husbandry production input and output of the basic situation,the comparison of Hohhot,agricultural development level does not have obvious advantages compared with other cities in Inner Mongolia.Followed in this article constructed the Hohhot comprehensive agricultural productivity evaluation model,from the time dimension and space dimension to evaluate the comprehensive agricultural productivity of Hohhot,and draw a conclusion:(1)2007-2016,Hohhot,agricultural productivity level has improved,but its growth is not obvious,develop relatively slowly;(2)the agricultural productivity level of Hohhot is only at the middle level in the whole region,and it does not have the same status and level as other industries.Hohhot,therefore,should continue to speed up the construction of agricultural production base,play to the functions of the government to establish a longterm mechanism,and to protect the regional characteristics of agriculture protection policy,multi-azimuth protect cultivated land resources,we will continue to improve the land policies,optimize and improve the agriculture industrial structure and improve agricultural product added value to improve the agricultural science and technology input,increase scientific and technological content of agricultural products,final allround,multi-dimensional improve Hohhot comprehensive agricultural productivity.
