The Empirical Analysis On The Effect Of Industrial Transfer On Narrowing Reginal Economic Disparity In Guangdong Province

Guangdong Province has always maintained its position as the largest province in the economy.However,Guangdong Province has developed the Pearl River Delta region as well as the east and northwest Guangdong region with backward economic development.The gap between the rich and the poor is wide,and the imbalance in regional development is prominent.The contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and unbalanced development is prominent.Therefore Guangdong province puts forward the industrial transfer policy,Relying on opportunities such as "Belt and Road" and the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area,introduced The Pearl River Delta region and the advanced productive forces at home and abroad into the Northwest Guangdong Province,achieve the effective allocation of production factors in the northwest of Guangdong Province,promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,narrow the gap between economic development and the Pearl River Delta region,and to promote the coordinated development of the regional economy of Guangdong Province.This paper firstly combs the related theoretical concepts and research results of industrial transfer;secondly,analyzes the factors and path mechanism that affect the effect of inter-regional industrial co-construction and narrowing the regional economic gap;Then analyze the development of Guangdong ' s industrial transfer,and then uses the four regional panel data of Guangdong Province from 2002 to 2016 and the static panel data model to analyze the real effect of the industrial transfer in the regional economic gap of Guangdong Province.The results show that:Industrial transfer has narrowed the regional economic gap,but it has different promoting effects on the regional economy,especially on the northwest of Guangdong,and the capital effect brought by the industrial transfer has a more significant effect on the economic promotion in the north of Guangdong.The west of Guangdong mainly depends on the technology of industry transfer and talent effect to promote economic development.Finally,based on the above research,give some advice.
