Family firms exist in private enterprises in our country at present.Different from general private firms,it has not non-economic value goal,for the corporate governance of family business is a scholar of research has gradually.Due to historical reasons,China's family firms will usher in the peak period of intergenerational inheritance,at the same time supply side reform in China,under the condition of industrial transformation and upgrading in succession,family enterprises in the process of the intergenerational inheritance and ensure that the choice of successor is conducive to the development of the company,to maintain the company's core competitiveness,this time to introduce innovation investment of the indicators to judge the enterprise innovation ability,because the innovation investment level reflects the level of enterprise innovation ability and innovation ability is the key to maintain core competitiveness.This study is based on Social Emotional Wealth(SEW),based on the case of intergenerational inheritance,family businesses in Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co.,Ltd.analysis,reveals the family business between generations influence on enterprise innovation investment path.In this study,first,the technical work experience of the successor of the family enterprise in succession is conducive to alleviating the tendency of family firms to inhibit the investment intensity of innovation.Secondly,the inheritance of social capital between family enterprises can improve the efficiency of innovation investment and output.Third,progressive inheritance helps to improve firms' willingness and ability to make innovative investment strategies.Finally,the future research direction is pointed out.
