The reform of monopoly state-owned enterprises distribution system is an important community issues of common concern,which needs to be further deepened.There are similar aspects between India and China.The research on the income distribution of monopoly state-owned enterprises and its influencing factors when compared with China-related issues,providing warnings and references for income distribution system reform to Chinese state-owned enterprises,which will help to speed up the process of distribution reform of monopoly industries and reduce the cost of reform.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the basics contents about the article;The second chapter makes some relevant definitions and also makes some discussion on theories about monopoly and the impact of the income gap;Chapter three introducesthe reform process of Indian state-owned enterprises in monopoly industries,summing up the characteristics of the industries,which including: high concentration,significant of state-owned economic characteristics and corruption in these industries.Followed by a discussion of the situation of its income distribution in Indian,we found that there is also existing high-income in State-owned monopoly industries;Chapter five analyzes the factors that influence high-income of Indian state-owned monopolies from both theoretical and empirical angles: monopoly and privileges,imbalances wage structure are the causes of its high income,but the industries whichpossess higher manpower capital as a whole can also affect their income levels from positive aspects.To further verify the related factors impact on different industries,using STATA software factors empirical analysis,we conclude: monopoly elements,human capital,nationalization of industrywhich are the main factors impact the high income level of the Indian state-owned monopoly industries high income,but there is also a waste of human capital phenomenon within the industry,due to the high income in the state-owned monopoly industrieswhich in turn leading the inflow of human resources,resulting in a further expansion of the industry income gap.Chapter six makes comprehensive analysis on income distribution of indian state-owned monopoly industries,providing further lessons and warnings for the improvement of income distribution of Chinese state-owned enterprises,which comes from a sound path in three aspects: perfect competition,strengthening government regulation and improving the pay and incentive mechanisms;And the last chapter is the summary about the whole topic and outlook of the full paper.
