Black corn is the second largest in the scale of cultivation on the scale of ordinary yellow corn,and it is also the highest nutritional value of all corn varieties.The corn has high nutritional value and high trace element content,which is 2-8 times that of other cereals.However,as a high-nutrient crop,its market acceptance is much lower than that of ordinary crops such as wheat,yellow corn,etc.,and products developed using black corn as raw materials are rarely seen in the market.This is a serious problem for areas suitable for growing black corn crops.The narrow sales of products,resulting in low purchase prices,have seriously affected the economic development of the region.The agricultural items that should have become an advantage have instead become farming items that hinder the development of the region.How to develop the intrinsic value of the black corn in the region and promote the regional development of the black corn production area is the main research issue in this paper.The third chapter of this article mainly analyzes the value opportunity of black corn development and the value status of black corn.Black corn,as an edible high-nutrient crop,should have more ways to eat and deepen processing to create more product categories,from the value of food on the land to the value of food on the table,but also to create better for consumers.Dietary choices,a new dietary approach and lifestyle to develop the value of the lifestyle of black corn;as a distinctive farming item category,black corn should be used as a regional specialty product,based on its geographical characteristics,developing regional black corn The brand image realizes the development of black corn's image value,and at the same time creates a regional image for the production of black corn.At the same time,excellent products often provide users with a superior user experience,so as to enhance the added value of products,so in the black corn In terms of value development,we should focus on the creation of experience value.In terms of the path of value realization,there are mainly three directions:(1)To expand the category of black corn products through deep processing.In terms of development ideas,black corn whiskers,black corn kernels,and black corn cobs are used as raw materials for development.Cuts from fruit juice drinks,alcoholic drinks,staple foods,teas,and snacks are viewed from five perspectives.(2)Create an experience scene locally in the production area.Establishing an experience scene in the local area not only provides users with a place to consume food,but also allows users to experience the process behind black corn products.Users can visually understand their crop planting process,growth process,and maturity.The processing of the material and the user can also participate in it.In this way,the user's contact with the product increases,creating more experience value for the user.(3)Establish an overall brand image based on the region.For the category of black corn development,establish a brand image with regional characteristics and enhance product competitiveness.The fourth chapter of this paper aims at the above three ways to realize the value,and defines the specific design boundaries: There are three main design principles for the development of product categories:(1)Development of local taste-based products,supplemented by exotic flavors(2)Using physical processing-based processing;(3)Designing one-handed operation for consumption.The design of the experience scene is mainly divided into three modules:(1)transparent display of food processing links;(2)development of diversity scenes based on eating habits;(3)development of extended scenes based on image derivatives.For product's unified image design,three design principles are proposed:(1)image orientation based on product effect function;(2)image positioning based on regional culture of black corn origin;(3)behavior and psychology based on major user groups Feature image positioning.The fifth chapter is based on Suining as a case to carry out the specific black corn value development practice.The research results were applied to the development of black corn in specific areas.Based on Suining's regional culture,characteristics of black corn varieties,social structure,etc.,a specific design proposal for the categories of black corn development was proposed,including the consumption patterns,processing techniques and packaging,and the visual performance of the overall brand image;The design plan includes floor plans,customer roadmaps,and dimensional drawings.
