Study On Comparison Of Service Industry Investment Environment In The Central Urban Area Of Shanghai

Shanghai is the largest economic center and financial center in China,and the service industry accounts for more than 70% of the GDP.This also marks that Shanghai has basically reached the standard of the world-class "service city",and the service industry's role in the Shanghai economy can be seen as a spot.In recent years,foreign investment in Shanghai has been increasing continuously,and the quality of investment has been constantly improving.Shanghai's foreign investment in service industry has reached a new height.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the investment environment of the service industry in the central urban of Shanghai.From the research results of domestic and foreign literature on investment environment,the author draws on and analyzes the existing conclusions,and mainly studies the investment environment of the service industry in the central area of Shanghai,hoping to solve the service industry in the central area of Shanghai.The optimization of investment environment will promote the coordinated development of regional economy.First,an evaluation index system for the service industry investment environment was established.Then,data was obtained on the Shanghai official statistics website and related websites,and SPSS software was used for data statistics and analysis.This article not only has theoretical analysis related to the investment environment,but also has an empirical analysis of the investment environment of the service industry in the downtown area of Shanghai.Focusing closely on this topic,this paper is divided into five chapters for discussion.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the domestic and foreign background and significance of the investment environment of service industry in Shanghai,and expounds the research methods,possible innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter focuses on domestic and foreign literature,and analyzes and evaluates these documents.The third chapter first introduced the basic principles of the investment environment and the principle of establishing an investment environment evaluation index system.Then it selected 24 specific indicators from the four aspects of economic environment,natural environment,infrastructure,social culture and services,and built a service industry investment environment evaluation index system.In chapter 4,through the analysis and comparison of data,the overall status of the investment environment of the service industry in Shanghai was introduced from four aspects: economic environment,natural environment,infrastructure,social culture and services.Then,using principal component analysis,the empirical analysis of the investment environment of the service industry in Shanghai's central urban area shows that the Pudong New Area is the best investment environment for the service industry in the central area,while the differences in other areas are not obvious.Finally,Chapter 5 is taken as the conclusion and prospect.This chapter gives the main conclusions of the study.It also suggests that central area of Shanghai should optimize its investment environment for service industry in combination with its best plan.At the same time,it combines further deficiencies and proposes further research directions.Through the empirical analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: 1 the service industry investment environment in Shanghai can be divided into two echelons,the first echelon,including Pudong New Area,and the second echelons including Xuhui District,Huangpu District,Changning District,Jingan District,Yangpu District and Hongkou District.2,Pudong New Area has the best service industry investment environment in all districts,and has a great gap compared with other areas.Apart from Pudong New Area,the other 6 areas have little difference.3,The foreign investment environment of Shanghai's service industry is excellent and rising.Among them,Shanghai's policies and regulations on foreign investment are in constant good trend.4,the top three have been relatively stable,namely Pudong New Area,Xuhui District and Huangpu District.
