Research On Accurate Poverty Alleviation Of Poverty Population In Ethnic Villages

Accurate poverty alleviation is the national leaders to implement the strategy of combating poverty with Chinese characteristics.It is a necessary means for poverty alleviation and the building of a well-to-do society.With the advancement of precision poverty alleviation work,ethnic minority areas and ethnic minority villages had become the main battlefields for China’s precision poverty alleviation.The eradication of poverty in ethnic villages is of great significance to the completion of China’s overall well-to-do society and the realization of the Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation of the “Chinese Dream”.Yao’ai Village is one of the ethnic villages in the southwestern ethnic areas of China.It is located in a poverty-stricken area where the rocky desertification of Yunnan,Guangxi and guizhou is contiguous.Its ethnic minority population is the main body of the local population.The infrastructure is backward,the cultivated land resources are scarce,and economic development lags behind.The poverty-stricken population is a“hard bone” that is hard to work with in the accurate poverty alleviation work in Libo County.In the research process,the article used disciplinary sciences such as demography,anthropology,sociology,and political science.It used literature,structured questionnaires,unstructured interviews,and case studied to grasp the status quo of poverty in the poverty-stricken ethnic minority village in Yao’ai.A quantitative-based and qualitative-assisted data analysis method was used in combination to tap the main poverty-causing factors of the poor,and the government actively explored the industry’s precise povertyalleviation,precision poverty alleviation,precision poverty alleviation,medical precision poverty alleviation and social security at the end of the new period.Poverty alleviation through financial services and ecological compensation and poverty alleviation practices are carefully analyzed and summarized.The study found that the precision poverty alleviation work in Yao’ai Village has achieved certain results,but there are also advances that have hindered poor villagers from getting out of poverty and becoming rich in the development of their villages.On the one hand,they are the causes of the poor themselves,such as the poverty-stricken people’s single agricultural production skills and non-agricultural employability.Weakness,lack of self-development awareness and ability,low participation in poverty alleviation projects,weak self-organization ability of villagers,etc.On the other hand,it is the reason why the government is not well-versed in quasi poverty alleviation work,such as the government’s accurate poverty alleviation,unbalanced distribution of resources,and accurate poverty alleviation.The government is "anxious to achieve success" neglecting the development of the "soft power" of the masses and the lack of sustainability of the government’s precision assistance measures.Based on the results of the study,combined with the commonness of the poor population in the ethnic minority villages and the differences in various regions,this paper presents several major approaches and countermeasures for the poverty-stricken population in the ethnic minority villages from poverty alleviation: First,improve population quality,develop human capital,and change the way of life of the poor;second,Strengthen industrialization to help the poor and activate the endogenous power of the impoverished population.third,Strengthen social services to help them get rid of poverty precisely.fourth,Improve social security and strengthen the support for poverty alleviation.fifth,Develop laboroutput appropriately.
