In this ever-changing development environment,emerging companies are rising and many giant companies are quickly disappearing overnight.The rapid development of emerging enterprises not only has to face the pressure of competition in the external environment,but also is affected by its industry structure,internal operating system and management system.Managers and employees are also the key factors affecting the development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the influencing factors of organizational performance of company A and improve the performance of organization.First of all,this study reviews previous research on organizational performance at home and abroad,and summarizes the concepts and influencing factors of organizational performance.Based on the influencing factors of existing organizational performance and the actual status of organizational performance of company A,a questionnaire surveying for the influencing factors of organizational performance of company A was designed.In this process,the company's background,organizational structure,and performance status were investigated and interviewed by author.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the factors affecting organizational performance of company A were analyzed in detail.The internal and external factors of the organization were divided into five dimensions: managers,employees,operating systems and management systems,competition advantages of product,and external environment.Starting from the five dimensions,the Company's organizational performance improvement and optimization measures were analyzed deeply.Organization performance was jointly promoted from within and outside the company.Employee equity incentives were proposed to improve employees' enthusiasm,and they were important for the development of company A at this stage.This study analyzes the influence factors of organizational performance of Company A,aiming to improve and optimize Company A's organizational performance management mechanism,and provide reference for decision-making of performance management of other similar companies.
