An Empirical Study On The Influence Of Trust Among Outsourcing Companies On Cooperation

Third party logistics has received more and more attentions and gradually becomes of one of the most important steps to ensure the quality of urban life..In order to be able to predict the future challenges,we must recognize the trend of enterprise outsourcing and city of the third party logistics development,and give full consideration to the analysis of factors that influence the trend,especially the trust factor.In recent years,the outsourcing service industry has undergone tremendous changes,and the rapid development of the logistics industry has greatly improved the efficiency of logistics services and related operational capabilities.In order to get better logistics experience and performance,outsourcing enterprises increasingly favor the third party logistics enterprises.But there are also many drawbacks that come along: first,the operation of logistics outsourcing depends largely on the trust between the two sides.On the one hand,the route and efficiency of logistics outsourcing depends on the ways how trust transfers and accepts.On the other hand,the trust relationships between the outsourcing enterprises,between the third party logistics companies,between the cities and the third party logistics companies,and between the outsourcing enterprises and the city greatly affect the efficiency of the business between the enterprises and the enterprise itself;secondly,trust is between the outsourcing enterprise and the city's third party logistics.Next,the impact of trust is difficult to assess.We can only rely on the existing experience of related activities to make analysis,hypothesis and prediction.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the related issues.Through literature analysis,expert consultation and individual interviews,this paper determines the research ideas and research methods.Based on the research of relevant domestic literature,the questionnaire and scale are formulated.Through the construction of the model,the empirical research is carried out from the trust of outsourcing enterprises,the integration of the third party logistics and the simple cooperation among enterprises.First.There is a significant positive correlation between the various dimensions of outsourcing enterprises and outsourcing enterprises,and the third party logistics integration dimensions.Second.The trust between outsourcing enterprises constitutes a positive regression effect on the simple cooperation between the outsourcing enterprises and the integration of the third party logistics.To a certain extent,it can predict the cooperation behavior of outsourcing enterprises.Third.According to the existing research conclusion,the integration of the third party logistics has a positive impact on enterprise performance.Moreover,the dimensions of trust can effectively stimulate the performance of outsourcing enterprises by influencing the cooperation dimensions of outsourcing enterprises.
