Study On Logistics Outsourcing And Logistics Performance Evaluation

This dissertation is mainly on the topics of theoretical analysis of the logistics outsourcing, study of logistics situation of Chinese industrial enterprise, analysis of logistics decision-making, and the operation analysis of logistic of supply chain of the UTstarcom Company. What's more, a good neural network based logistics performance evaluation model is set up in this paper.Firstly, the concept of logistics, enterprise logistics and logistics outsourcing are introduced in this paper. And the logistics outsourcing theory is clarifid by using the core competitiveness theory and the trade cost theory.Secondly, the present situation of the logistics outsourcing in the industrial enterprise of our country is introduced and analysized. Four parts are concerned: the logistics cost of the industrial enterprise in our country, the analysis of the logistics market characteristic of our country, the present situation of logistics outsourcing of the industrial enterprise and the analysis of present situation and potention of the 3PL in our country.Thirdly, the logistics decision-making of industrial enterprise is concerned. And the qualitative and quantitative analysis of decision-making are focused on in this part. For the qualitative aspect, it first devides influencing factor into two parts: internal factor and external factor, then elaborates them in details and extracts the main influence factors to make the decision-making tree model. For the quantitative aspect, it suggest that the industrial enterprises should choose the way suitable for them according to the logistics performance of the industrial enterprises. The Principal Components Analytic method and the Nerual Network method are firstly integrated to solve the logisticsdecision-making problem. First, the logistics financial norm of listing company is analyzed using the principal components analytic method. Then, using the previous analysis results, the nerual network based logistics grade evaluation model for enterprise is set up. The model is easy to control, and have high precision, and run quickly. It can be wide used to evaluate the logistics performance for industrial enterprise.Finally, the operation of logistic of supply chain of UTstarcom company is introduced and analysized, and the performance grade of the company is evaluated by using the previous neural network based logistics grade test model. The results are also deeply analysized by comparing with other electronical companies.
