Community-supported agriculture(CSA)first appeared in Japan and Europe in the 1970 s.After people's material lives were met,they began to worry about food safety issues and environmental issues.In the short term,they could not rely on the market or the government,resulting in a special type of The mode of direct cooperation between consumers and producers is that they sign agreements in advance with farmers or grow land on their own,and they entrust them to farmers to manage the land.Urban consumers sign contracts with farmers or advance deposits are paid to ensure their livelihoods,while farmers guarantee Do not use fertilizers and pesticides to grow green organic agricultural and sideline products.The mechanism of sharing risks with farmers enables them to insist on organic cultivation and deliver organic food directly to the residents.This is a subversion for the existing production supply and consumption.In China,as the economy takes off and people's living standards are rising,food safety is increasingly becoming a topic of increasing concern.In the context of many food safety issues being exposed,urban residents have already demanded healthy and safe food.Place an important place in material requirements.Under this background,CSA was introduced into China.CSA plays an important role in ensuring the health and safety of urban residents and protecting the benefits of local farmers.At the same time,it can also harmonize urban and rural relations and protect the ecological environment.At the same time,under the background of the rapid development of the Internet in China,how to make the integration of CSA and the Internet makes it better developed in China.How to make the interconnection and interaction between consumers and producers has become a topic worthy of study.First,this paper conducts background research and definition of community-supported agriculture(CSA).Based on the research status at home and abroad,the differences between the community support agriculture and traditional agriculture in terms of production mode,cultivation links,business scale and food safety issues are compared.It further analyzes the multiple functional values of community-supporting agriculture at the consumer,producer,and society levels.Secondly,the investigation and analysis of the development history and current development of Chengdu's community-supporting agriculture led to the conclusion that the current Chengdu CSA has diversified in terms of development,and the two modes of participation,the distribution share model and the labor share model,coexist,but they can be used.There are very few places on the Internet.There are also a series of problems in the development process of CSA,especially the problem of both ends of production and sales.Thirdly,based on the analysis of Chengdu sample survey data,it is found that Chengdu residents have a higher willingness to participate in the CSA as a whole.Among them are family members with elderly and children,higher education level,higher monthly household disposable income,and awareness of food safety awareness.Higher citizens are relatively willing to participate in the CSA;the quality and safety of agricultural and sideline products produced by the CSA model are recognized.On the other hand,at present,Chengdu CSA has scattered farms with small scales,unsound trust and regulatory systems,and lack of consumer trust.At the same time,producers themselves cannot meet consumer demand for product service and experience,CSA.Has not formed a certain market influence.Finally,this paper proposes that in the context of “Internet+,” adopting cooperation with the Internet platform,etc.,three-dimensionally promote the “consumer-Internet platform-producer” development model and rely on rural resources,and use the Internet platform to achieve production and sales.Interactive strategic development model to innovate the development of Chengdu CSA.It proposes policies to enhance urban consumer participation,increase government policy support,and promote the sustainable development of Chengdu CSA under the “Internet Plus” background.
