Research On Farmers’ Behavior Of Agricultural Product Quality In Xiangshui County As An Example

"13th Five-Year" period is China’s comprehensive completion of the decisive stage is a critical period of well-off,the establishment of strict efficient,social governance of food safety management system.Respecting the objective law of food safety,persisting in the source of production,treating both symptoms and root causes,ensuring the safety of people’s tongue is the objective need of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and also an important content of the construction of public safety system.The production of agricultural products is a complex system process.From planning to production management to product sale,agricultural production is almost done by agricultural production.In fact,the production of agricultural products is the integration of natural process and economic process.The ultimate goal of farmers’ agricultural production is to get certain economic benefits,and the quality and safety of agricultural products are closely related to all links in the production process.Therefore,from the perspective of farmers,analyzing the impact of their production behavior on the quality and safety of agricultural products is of great importance for ensuring the safety of agricultural products quality from the source.Based on behavioral economics theory,institutional economics theory and information economics theory,this paper summarizes previous research experience and constructs a theoretical framework for farmers’ safety production behavior.Then using the survey data of 303 households Xiangshui agricultural producers,using quantitative and qualitative analysis method,combining theory and empirical study,examines the factors affecting farmers’ safety behavior,explores the relationship between farmers’ production behavior and the quality and safety of agricultural products,and on this basis,put forward relevant policy production behavior recommended practices for farmers,so as to help to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products.This study mainly involves five aspects: the first part is the literature review.First of all,the domestic and foreign research on the production behavior of farmers in the quality of agricultural products was combed;secondly,the theory of farmers’ production behavior was summarized.The second part is mainly the analysis of production status.The use of field survey data of Xiangshui and access to the relevant literature,in-depth analysis of the status quo of the agricultural production,the agricultural production shortage and advantage.The third part is the theoretical framework.By using the theory of planned behavior in behavioral economics,information asymmetry theory in information economics and government regulation theory,we explored the influencing factors of farmers’ safety production behavior,and further demonstrated the relationship between farmers’ safety in production and the quality of agricultural products.The fourth part is an empirical analysis.Based on the sample data analysis,combined with the above research,descriptive statistical analysis of 303 valid data using Spass18.0,using the correlation analysis method,and explore the relationship between variables,the final use of the two yuan Logit on Farmers’ production safety for the empirical regression analysis model.The fifth part is the conclusion and the suggestion.Through the analysis of the influencing factors on Farmers’ behavior of production safety,there is a positive correlation was found between the farmer’s production behavior and agricultural production decision by gender,agricultural production and industry,local government,communication technology and family support,the per capita arable land area,scientific use of pesticides and fertilizers to farmers and agricultural products safety certification,agricultural pollution links the laws and regulations,there is a negative relation between the cognitive status.
