Research On The Problem Of Accurate Poverty Alleviation In Xiangxi

The Wulingshan region in Xiangxi Prefecture is one of the 14 concentrated special hardship areas in China,accounting for 7 of the 11 deep poverty counties identified in Hunan Province.The poverty situation is very prominent.In 2013,when General Secretary Xi was investigating the situation of the poor population in western Hunan,The concept of precision poverty alleviation has been put forward for the first time.Xiangxi is rich in tourism resources,and tourism has always been the pillar industry in Xiangxi.In the past decade,the total number of tourists and the total tourism revenue have been increasing.Foreign exchange income is also a record high in Xiangxi.However,due to the influence of various factors,tourism poverty alleviation in Xiangxi Prefecture has not been given full play to its due effect.According to the successful experience of some cases of tourism precision poverty alleviation at home and abroad,tourism precision poverty alleviation is a kind of poverty alleviation model with popularizing value,and at present,Precision tourism poverty alleviation has also become an important choice for China to implement the strategy of precision poverty alleviation.At present,One of Xiangxi's precise poverty alleviation tasks is how to take advantage of local tourism resources.The implementation of the tourism precision poverty-reduction plan to achieve the poverty-stricken areas in Xiangxi as a whole the goal of poverty.Through the study of the theory and practical cases of the tourism precision poverty alleviation,this paper analyzes the concrete practice in the process of the tourism precision poverty alleviation in Xiangxi.It provides some experiences for reference in the work of precise poverty alleviation of tourism in Xiangxi prefecture.Firstly,through investigation and data collection and analysis,it analyzes the basic situation and the present situation of tourism development in Xiangxi Prefecture.The impact of tourism on the work of precision poverty alleviation in Xiangxi prefecture.Then,taking Huayuan County's Shibadong Village and Jishou City's Ping Lang Village as typical cases of Xiangxi state,the poverty situation of Shibadong Village and Ping Lang Village was analyzed.Combined with local tourism resources,the development of local tourism is analyzed,and local poverty is analyzed.It is found that the management organization of tourism precision poverty alleviation in Xiangxi Prefecture is not clear;it is lack of tourism products with characteristics;the participation and distribution mechanism of poor population is not perfect;Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward the establishment and improvement of the supervision and coordination mechanism of tourism precision poverty alleviation,the development of tourism products with local characteristics,the improvement of the mechanism of participation and distribution of the poor population,and the improvement of the mechanism for the participation and distribution of the poor.The proposal to establish a comprehensive system of precision tourism poverty alleviation.It is hoped that in promoting the system and policies related to precision tourism poverty alleviation,we can truly realize "helping the real poor" and "really helping the poor";and To promote the tourism development of the whole Xiangxi Prefecture to sum up some experiences for reference.
