Research On The Development Of "Narrowing Village" In Chongqing Under The Influence Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

At the present, our economic society enters a new condition in our country and people’s life level walks into a new steps. However, back to the glory, there are still ten million of people living under the poverty line. The help poverty work is a strong struggle to realize the purpose of building a moderately prosperous society in 2020. Therefore, the country confirms the precise poverty alleviation as the strategy of poverty alleviation and builds the working mechanism of the precise poverty alleviation to, forming a hot tide of the precise poverty alleviation in the whole country a time. In the practice of the precise poverty in the whole country, the village tourism becomes an important method of the precise poverty alleviation, playing a positive role in the aspects of promoting the economic development of the poor village and helping the poor families be rich. The National Tourism Administration is also carrying out the project of enriching the people by the village tourism to try to develop the village with the rising industry-village tourism. Chongqing city explores a poverty alleviation of the village tourism in "Naliang Village" which is poor in the mountain. The effects of the poverty alleviation are very good, which has a reference significance for the development of the poverty alleviation in the whole country. We conducted a research on the "Naliang village" in Chongqing, and the main contents and conclusions are as follows:First of all, this article uses the theories of settlement geography and rural settlement and it studies the process of the emergence and development of "Naliang villages" in Chongqing by using induction and literature review method. It finds out that the emergence and development of "cool villages" in Chongqing is the combined effects of both the specific needs of "metropolises" in Chongqing and the abundant cool air resources of "big villages" in Chongqing. And it finds out that the emergence and development of "cool villages" in Chongqing has characteristics of poverty alleviation, tourism property and rurality. Furthermore, it studies the effects of "cool villages" in Chongqing on rural settlement on the base of analyzing the space distributions of "cool villages" in Chongqing and it finds out that the space distributions of "cool villages" in Chongqing is opposite to the most settlement geographers’logical thinking that the altitude of rural settlements has an inverse relationship with the intensive degree of rural settlements. On the contrary, this article finds out that the higher the altitude is, the more intensive the rural settlement distributes and with the supporting to the targeted poverty alleviation and the development of the rural tourism, "cool villages" evolve from dispersion to concentration and they distribute along the main traffic roads patchily. And as the residential center of in the settlements is higher, the residents’pattern of production is changed, too.
