In recent years, three modes of distribution of fresh agricultural products, namely selfoperation, third party and alliance, have taken shape in Huizhou city,Guangdong province. However, with the development of social and economic development, the change of market environment, and the continuous development of consumers' green, diversified and personalized demand for fresh agricultural products, the government and the logistics and distribution enterprises of fresh agricultural products must build a fast, efficient and safe distribution mode for fresh agricultural products,so as to better adapt to the change and development of the situation and meet consumers' increasing consumption demand. This paper adopts three research methods, including literature analysis, investigation method and comparative research method.Through interviews, telephone(questionnaire)survey, access to public data of governmental functional departments and Internet information, among which,261 questionnaires are issued to 20 major residential districts in Huizhou city, starting a preliminary survey of the market development status and logistics distribution mode of fresh agricultural products in Huizhou city, grasping relevant objective basis and finding some outstanding problems in the distribution status of fresh agricultural products in Huizhou city.1.The unregulated farmers' professional cooperative economic organization,2.Sales subject orientation bias, and poor sales terminal docking;3.The government policy support is insufficient, lack of financial support;4.Low participation of farmers;5.The quality of agricultural products is uneven and difficult to supervise;6.Poor infrastructure, logistics system is not sound;7.There are few well-known brands of fresh agricultural products;8.Insufficient management personnel, etc. The reason is that the government's guidance to rural and super docking focuses on the large-scale pilot units.Agricultural professional cooperation organizations lack scientific management and financial support, and do not play a positive role in guiding; Most farmers have difficulty in understanding and accepting new things about the long-term production mode and habit.Enterprises and farmers generally lack risk and credit awareness;the publicity of the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products is insufficient, and the supervision of the relevant government departments on the quality and safety of agricultural products is insufficient. The advanced experience of the United States,Japan and other countries and regions, and put forward three optimization approaches: cultivation and construction of fresh agricultural products wholesale market or distribution center;cultivating operational entities of fresh agricultural products industry;actively exploringnew distribution patterns. Therefore, five optimization measures are put forward.First, government departments should make further industrial planning and guidance, and improve supervision.Second, give full play to the role of industry and market regulation, improve the distribution system of fresh agricultural products logistics;Third, improve the quality of personnel in the logistics and distribution management of fresh agricultural products in Huizhou;Fourth, strengthen the brand construction of fresh agricultural products;Fifth, improve the enthusiasm of farmers to participate.
