Research On The Distribution Of Common Distribution Benefits Of Express Enterprises Based On Raiffa Value Method

In recent years,along with the promotion activities of various electronic commerce platforms,such as Taobao,the upsurge of online purchasing is continuing,and with it the issue of distribution of benefits of common distribution of logistics enterprises,which has gradually become the key bottleneck of the development of electronic commerce,and has also attracted extensive attention in this field.From Ali invested heavily to set up the vegetable bird network,from the strategic distribution of logistics in JingDong to 618 in2016 to complete the first distribution of the UAV logistics,now Xian has realized the normal operation of UAV logistics and the rapid development of various express delivery enterprises and the birth of new express delivery enterprises,which shows that the development of this industry is not unusual.With the development and popularization of modern science and technology,under the careful layout of e-commerce enterprises and logistics enterprises,it is well known that the large storage center can realize efficient sorting and route optimization,in order to bring guarantee to material logistics,and effectively improve the cost control of distribution.But the "last kilometer" of distribution can make the distribution of electricity and logistics enterprises high costs,but also cause urban traffic congestion and environmental pollution and other social and environmental problems.With the development and popularization of modern science and technology,under the careful layout of e-commerce enterprises and logistics enterprises,it is well known that large storage centres can achieve efficient sorting and route optimization,but the strength of logistics and distribution enterprises reduces the size of logistics,and the cost control of distribution stations is effectively improved.Of course,there are also some new logistics companies that have been enhanced with the support of the government.In order to explore the optimal "solution" of the benefit distribution in logistics enterprises,this paper expounds the current situation of the benefit distribution in logistics enterprises and analyzes its advantages,necessity,principle and influencing factors.Then,we set up the Raiffa value model and revise the Raiffa value model by the amount of input,risk and synthesization.Finally,in the process of distributing the benefits,this paper compares the Raiffa value method and Shapley value method.
