With the development of network technology,the traditional service mode has been difficult to meet the different needs of current customers.Most financial enterprises begin to use the Internet to open new business models and all kinds of new research and development products are divided into online and offline into the market,improving their competitiveness in the market.So far,banking services have opened a variety of e-banking services such as mobile banking and online banking,and some chat tools have cooperated with banks,Internet finance has been integrated into all areas of people's lives.Although more and more people do business online,and more than the number of traditional off-line banking business,but on-line business service model cannot replace the traditional off-line banking outlet service model.Therefore,in the future development,the traditional bank outlets still play an important role,so it is necessary to transform and upgrade the traditional network as soon as possible.Especially in recent years,due to the rapid development of China's economy and the Internet,the construction of bank outlets is obviously inconsistent with the current situation in China.For example,the problems of unreasonable location planning,simple decoration,inadequate function planning,high cost of expanding new outlets of traditional banks are becoming more and more prominent,and there are still some phenomena such as the lack of standard service flow of traditional banks,long waiting time for business customers,and poor overall quality of tellers.Therefore,the traditional bank as the most basic channel for customers to choose to handle business,the bank is the most basic place for money transactions,its transformation and upgrading is imminent.In recent years,due to the emergence of the concept of 'Internet+',most financial institutions have begun to develop rapidly with the help of the Internet.Because of its convenience and quick characteristics,many financial institutions have begun to turn to the network platform for traditional banking outlets.With a certain impact.Therefore,in order to satisfy customer's current needs and enhance the competitiveness of traditional banks in the market,traditional banks must make changes to adapt to social changes,from the traditional service model to intelligent service model.Through the transformation of banking,outlets,to meet the different needs of customers,greatly enhance customer satisfaction.In this paper,the first part of the research process is the introduction of the relevant background of the subject and the significance of the study of the subject were elaborated,M bank outlet as a practical case,through its analysis to find out the existing problems in the current development.Then it analyzes the existing problems and gives the solutions to the problems.For example,to improve the planning and design of the interior of the network to bring customers a better experience process,reasonable planning of the location of related equipment,so that the service level of the network greatly improved.Then the paper analyzes the human resources and other aspects of the Intelligent Network of M Bank,and gives the corresponding optimization scheme.Through the implementation of the new scheme,M Bank has greatly reduced the human resources,time and operating costs of M Bank,greatly improved the operational efficiency of M Bank,and transferred the surplus human resources of the enterprise to marketing.In the team,we will create a professional marketing team to promote the healthy and sustainable development of M Bank.Finally,the paper concludes that the current transformation of banks from traditional network to intelligent network is to meet the needs of the times.In the process of service,only by combining with the Internet,can we meet the needs of different customers;improve the service ability of banks,so that customers can experience the best service.To further,promote the healthy and sustainable development of M Bank.
