On The Intelligent Transformation Of Manufacturing Industry In Heilongjiang Province Promoting By FDI

With the continuous development of the world economy,the manufacturing industry is also undergoing continuous transformation and upgrading.With the industry 4.0 proposed by the German government as the symbol,the global manufacturing industry is about to enter a new era of intelligent manufacturing.China,as the center of global manufacturing,is also a general trend to achieve manufacturing intelligence.For this reason,China has introduced the "Made in China 2025" plan to actively deploy for intelligent manufacturing.As a traditional old industrial base made in China,it is also an inevitable choice for Heilongjiang Province to realize intelligent manufacturing.However,considering the reality of Heilongjiang Province,how to implement intelligent manufacturing is a topic worth discussing.In this paper,through combing the relevant literature,and on the basis of summarizing the theory of intelligent manufacturing transformation,it is proposed to promote intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province through FDI,and an empirical analysis is made.The specific research contents of this article are as follows:The main body of this article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter first introduces the research background,research content and methods of this article,and then combs the relevant domestic and foreign literature on foreign direct investment,industrial transformation and upgrading,and the development status of smart manufacturing.Based on the combing and summary of the literature,it proposes FDI Promote the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province;Chapter 2 is related concepts and theoretical analysis,which mainly summarizes the concepts and characteristics of intelligent manufacturing,and combs the relevant theories of foreign direct investment and industrial transformation related theories.Analysis and empirical testing provide theoretical basis;Chapter 3 mainly analyzes the internal mechanism of FDI promoting the intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry.This chapter elaborates the transmission mechanism of FDI to promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry from the four aspects of FDI related effects,namely,capital related effects,technology related effects,industrial related effects and market effects.Chapter IV deals with manufacturing in Heilongjiang Province.The feasibility and necessity of industrial intelligence transformation were analyzed.By comparing and analyzing the relevant data of the manufacturing industry of Heilongjiang Province and the manufacturing data of representative provinces,the main constraints of the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry of Heilongjiang Province are found.Then,combined with the dilemma of the manufacturing industry inHeilongjiang Province facing the decline in efficiency,the imperfect industrial chain and the international "re-industrialization" strategy,it revealed the necessity of intelligent transformation in the manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province.Finally,combining the actual foundation of Heilongjiang manufacturing industry development and the basic situation of smart manufacturing development,the feasibility of intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province is proposed.Chapter 5 is an empirical analysis of the impact of FDI on the intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province.This chapter first analyzes the current situation of Heilongjiang Province's utilization of foreign direct investment,and then uses the unit root test,cointegration analysis and White test and other time series research methods to construct empirical tests of relevant variables to test the role of FDI in promoting the intelligent transformation of Heilongjiang's manufacturing industry.Chapter 6 is the policy recommendations of this article.This chapter is mainly based on the above empirical research conclusions and the current situation of Heilongjiang Province's use of FDI and its manufacturing smart transformation constraints,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the government and enterprise levels.It is pointed out that the government level should actively respond by expanding the scale of FDI,establishing a training mechanism for intelligent manufacturing professionals,promoting the formation of the intelligent manufacturing industry chain in Heilongjiang Province,and expanding the financing channels for industrial development.The three aspects of independent innovation ability,perfecting talent training system and actively establishing cooperative relations with foreign-funded enterprises are implementing intelligent transformation.
