Marketing strategy is the enterprise to customer needs as the starting point,according to the experience of customer demand and purchasing power of information,business expectations,a planned organization of the business activities,through mutual coordination of product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy,to provide customers with satisfactory products and services to achieve business goals.In today's Internet era,marketing strategy is more complicated and diversified,it needs the enterprise to have a comprehensive understanding of its marketing strategy,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,and make a reasonable marketing strategy.In this paper,the research object is based on the sales strategy of the industrial products of Northeast China,SIEMENS.First of all,according to the actual situation of Northeast China,SIEMENS,to build up the evaluation index of SIEMENS China Northeast company sales strategy,respectively,to find out the 3 level indicators and two 10 level indicators,and through the expert evaluation and the actual data processing,given to the various indicators in the last ten years the evaluation value.The evaluation value of each index in the last ten years,the maximum value of the evaluation value is 10,the minimum value is 1,and the higher the value of the evaluation is,the better the index is;secondly,based on the construction of the index system,the weight of each index in the evaluation process is given.Then,by giving the evaluation value and calculating the weight of SIEMENS China Northeast China company in the last ten years,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of SIEMENS's marketing strategy.In order to ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy,the paper also gives out the implementation measures of the strategy of Northeast China,including marketing organization,the design of the sales process,the protection of human resources,and the protection of the enterprise culture.SIEMENS is the representative enterprise of industrial products,the comprehensive evaluation and research of SIEMENS marketing strategy,which provides a reference for the research on the marketing strategy of manufacturing industry.
