The Management On Credit Risk Of Chinese International Trade Supply Chain Finance

With the rapid development of China's international trade and the intensification of financial industry competition,especially with the politics of ”economic globalization” and ”one belt,one road”,international trade supply chain finance has developed into the financial business with new features of the times.However,because of the external environment that gradually increased more and more dynamic and competitive,the increase of the risk of international trade,and also other factors that from the core enterprise,the internal operation by workers and business process,the credit risk of International trade finance is facing much more.On this background,the urgent problem that to be solved is how to prevent and control the credit risks of the international trade supply chain financial business.Based on the practical case of the international trade,this paper studies the credit risks of international trade supply chain finance from the angle of preventing of credit risks,by the method of combing theory and practice.It‘s not only enrich the theory of financial credit risks prevention in the international trade supply chain,but also has important reference and guiding significance to the practical operation of the supply chain financial.This thesis uses the methods of combining theory and practice,as XX Marine Group Limited company for an example,do deep analyses of the risks that existing in the finance business of international trade supply chain,find out the reason of the credit risks and put forward the overall credit risks preventive ideas and specific measures.The content and structures are just like this: The first chapter is the introduction,presenting the background and significance of the study,means and details of the study,and innovation.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis about the management of credit risks in the international trade supply chain finance.Introducing the concept and characteristics of international trade supply chain finance,as separately analyzing from the following three aspects of credit risks about supply chain finance: the own mismanagement of the international trade enterprises,the external environment of international trade supply chain,the moral risks that from various subjects,then point out the influence mechanism about current credit risks that existing in international trade supply chain finance.The third chapter is the case study of XX marine group's credit risks in international trade supply chain finance.This chapter expounds the basis of the case selection of the credit risks management in China's international trade supply chain finance,introduces the general situation and business process in the case,discusses and analyzes the current credit risks from three aspects that including the source of credit risks,the current control measures and defects.The fourth chapter put forward the measures for the credit risks of international trade supply chain finance that mainly realized in: establishing and perfecting the credit evaluation system,continually optimizing the credit review approval process,promoting credit bound technology to improve financing guarantee,establishing perfect guarantee system and making full use of various methods of guarantee types,as establishing a early-warning system of credit risk.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and research expectations.
