Since the G20 Summit put forward the "G20 Digital Economy Development and Cooperation Initiative" held in Hangzhou, the digital economy has gradually become a new focus of China's economic development, and is becoming the new main line leading China's economic development simultaneously.Studying and understanding the development of China's digital economy has also become a hot topic. In order to objectively evaluate the quality of China's digital economy development, explore its influencing factors. This paper firstly defines the connotation of digital economic development quality,it selects 20 evaluation indicators from the four dimensions of economic efficiency, social progress, structural optimization and resource environment improvement to form a comprehensive evaluation index system and use entropy. The law comprehensively evaluates the quality of China's digital economy development from 2007 to 2016.The study found that overall upward trend of development China's digital economy.Secondly, from the perspective of space, using the spatial analysis method combining statistics and geographic information analyzes the status quo, distribution and digital economic development quality among the 30 provinces and cities in China.Among them, global indicators such as spatial autocorrelation and high and low cluster analysis reveal that there is no spatial autocorrelation in the development of digital economy in China;local indicators such as clustering and outlier analysis found that the quality of China's digital economic development is high in the east and low in the west, and the distribution characteristics of polarization are obvious. At the same time, some areas have abnormal values. For example,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai surrounded by Hebei and Tianjin and Anhui have formed two low and high anomaly areas, and Chongqing and surroundings form high and low outlier areas. From the four aspects of digital infrastructure, human capital, information technology and policy system, the gray correlation analysis method is used to analyze and explain the important factors affecting the development quality of China's digital economy. The results of the analysis show that the correlation between the human resources index, the proportion of the employed persons with college education or above and the internal expenditure of R&D expenditure and the GDP ratio are all above 0.8,indicating the correlation between these influencing factors and the improvement of the quality of digital economic development.Very high,in which the human resources index has reached 0.9483,the highest degree of relevance. At the same time, the cumulative amount of high-tech industries in the national venture capital investment, the length of optical cable lines, the Internet broadband access port, the number of patent applications in the domestic information technology field and the correlation of four indicators are all above 0.7,indicating that these factors and the quality of digital economic development have improved. The degree of grey correlation is also high, which is an important factor to improve the quality of China's digital economy development. Finally,it summarizes the status quo and constraints of China's digital economy development quality, and proposes specific recommendations to narrow the quality of digital economic development between regions.
