Nowadays,information technology keeps innovating,its application has penetrated into various fields of social and economic activities.In particular,the cross-border integration of digital technology promotes the optimization of economic structure and the improvement of production efficiency.The digital economy has become a new engine to drive the high-quality development of the economy and improves the international competitiveness.Governments and international organizations attach great importance to the development of digital economy,which plays an important role in promoting the economic development of various countries.First of all,based on the cognition of the connotation and new development trend of digital economy,this paper reconstructs the provincial digital economy development evaluation system from the three dimensions of digital infrastructure,digital application and digital industry transformation,comprehensively considers the development status scattered in different levels,comprehensively estimates the 2017 digital economy development of China's province by entropy method,by using the method of natural breaks(jenks),objectively reveals the spatial differentiation pattern of digital economic development among provinces regions and the main factors restricting the balanced development.It is found that the comprehensive development of digital economy in the province is gradually decreasing from the east to the west,and the regional differentiation is significant.The main factor leading to the differentiation is that there is a large space gap between the provinces in the transformation of digital industry and digital infrastructure.According to the analysis of three dimensions,the network and data infrastructure of backward areas are relatively weak,the digital transformation of enterprises and governments is slow,the development of e-commerce,digital industrialization and industrial digital integration is lagging behind,and the digital application is mainly limited in the field of life consumption;while the developed areas have entered the advanced stage of digital deep integration.At the same time,according to the relevant theories,the paper constructs the innovation driving factors system to evaluate the development of digital economy,including human innovation factors,organizational innovation factors,institutional innovation factors and knowledge technology innovation factors,andcomprehensively evaluates the development and spatial distribution characteristics of provincial innovation factors.Secondly,the spatial autocorrelation analysis is used to analyze the spatial differentiation characteristics of provincial digital economy development and innovation factor development in the whole research area from the global and local perspectives,and to compare the spatial characteristics of the two dimensions of provincial digital economy and innovation factor development,so as to preliminarily judge that there is a certain correlation between provincial digital economy development and innovation factor development.Thirdly,the coupling and coordination model is used to further explore the coupling and coordination degree of the development of digital economy and innovation factors in the province.It is found that the coupling and coordination degree of most regions is at a low and medium level,and the main factor restricting the coordinated development is the insufficient development of knowledge technology innovation factors.Finally,in view of the unbalanced development of digital economy among provinces and the weak links of innovation factors in provinces,the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions to make up for the shortcomings,accelerate the development of innovation driven digital economy and bridge the digital development gap between provinces.
