Despite the development of automated production technology in manufacturing enterprises in China,manual work is still inevitable.A large number of manual workers have health problems because they have been engaged in fixed physical work for a long time.Job rotation is a low-cost and easy way to improve the health of manual workers.Based on the characteristics of domestic manufacturing enterprises,this paper studies the job rotation model suitable for Chinese enterprises.Firstly,through the analysis of the current research situation of job rotation problem,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the existing theoretical models,and clarifies the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises in China,such as a large number of workers,heavy physical load and a wide range of enterprises.Secondly,in order to improve the effect and scope of application of job rotation model,this paper constructs a dual-objective considering the production and discrete degree of total load.and each objective has variable weight parameters.Based on the idea,this paper constructs six optional constraints modules,which can be used by enterprises.According to its own conditions,the most suitable combination constraints module is selected in the model.Specific six restraint modules are job posture change,posture load risk,muscle load,work time,fatigue accumulation and production capacity constraints of enterprise angle.This paper improves the human posture assessment tool to improve the accuracy of the evaluation results.Thirdly,the mathematical expression of job rotation model is constructed,and in order to better explain the modular job rotation model,this paper explains the use conditions of six optional modules and gives nine examples of combination of objective function coefficients and constraints module for enterprise reference.At the same time,in order to improve the speed and quality of the solution set,this paper proposes a set assignment rule generation method according to the characteristics of the job rotation model,and designs a simulated annealing algorithm solution framework.Finally,an electric tool enterprise is taken as an example for analysis.Through the comparative analysis of the results under the fixed and non-scheduled working mode and the random job rotation mode without considering human factors,it is proved that the modular job rotation model with human factors not only guarantees the production requirements of enterprises,but also balances the worker's load and improves the health level of workers.Therefore,the validity of the modular job rotation model constructed in this paper in improving the health of the vast number of physical workers has been verified.
