Research On Condition-based Maintenance Method Of Equipment In Chocolate Manufacturing Enterprises

Equipment management is a common problem faced by production process enterprises.Equipment management level is one of the important signs of internal management ability,information level and manufacturing capacity.For food manufacturing enterprises,production is an integral and uninterrupted continuous process.And the Process Manufacturing is generally a closed or semi-closed continuous process.The control point of production is mainly the process state of materials,so it is of great significance to study the equipment management of the whole production process.In this paper,the equipment management of a hazelnut chocolate ball production line of a chocolate production enterprise F is taken as the research object.The importance of production line equipment was evaluated by using Analytic Hierarchy Process,Fault Tree and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis.And a special module is designed on basis of Weibull distribution model optimized by Bayesian rules.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance,and introduces the research content and its framework.Secondly,the process characteristics and production status of the equipment of hazelnut chocolate ball production line of Company F are analyzed.and the reliability analysis theory,Fault Tree,FMEA and AHP are introduced.Thirdly,the hazelnut chocolate ball production line baking molding unit is taken as the research object.According to analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and FTA-FMEA comprehensive analysis method,the importance of equipment and failure analysis of key components can be evaluated quantitatively.Then,on the basis of condition-based maintenance,the Weibull distribution model is optimized based on Bayesian theory according to the situation of complex equipment for food production.Finally,combined with the current situation of equipment management in the hazelnut chocolate ball production line of company F.The special module of equipment management is designed on the basis of the SAP PM general module.And this special module is applied in the actual production.
