The Application And Research Of FMEA In Supply Chain Risk Management For Company I

The development trend of the current society continues to change,which makes the world economic environment also change dramatically.The risks faced by the enterprises change from the internal risk of single enterprise in the previous to the risk of the whole supply chain of enterprises at present with the change of economic environment.At present in order to better adapt to the development needs of the current economic market environment,supply chain risk issue has aroused wide concern and become a hot research direction.Domestic and foreign research of supply chain risk management mainly starts from aspects of conceptual model,management process,qualitative description and quantitative analysis etc.The research contents cover basic risk management processes of risk identification,risk assessment and risk management.In this paper,Company I is used as the research sample.Firstly,cross-industry supply chain operation reference(SCOR)model developed and authorized by SCC(Supply-Chain-Council)is used to analyze the supply chain process of I Company and anatomize internal and external risks comprehensively.Then the company's supply chain risk is identified and the risk assessment system of company I's supply chain is established.The FMEA(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)method and rough set theory are used to evaluate the system.Finally,the thing to do is to get the risk rating evaluation on company I's supply chain,and to discuss specific solutions combined with the specific circumstances of company I,based on each risk point on the level of risks.In the economic market,what's more is that to improve the company I's competitiveness,and to improve the controlling power on the risk of supply chain and on other factors of influence.This study's results will apply to the supply chain's management in company I directly,at the same time,in the new current market environment,it is very important to enterprises' predicting and operating in the risk of supply chain.
