With the rapid development of China's aging population,the central and local governments have issued a large number of policy and incentives to support the development of the old-age industry.The theoretical and practical circles are also increasing their efforts to support the development of elderly services industry.However,the theoretical research on supporting the development of the old-age industry in the banking sector is still in its infancy,mainly confined to the stage of recognizing,understanding the development status and existing problems of the old-age industry,or learning from foreign advanced experience.In practice,in recent years a large number of old-age institutions have sprung up,but the whole industry of aging industry in Yunnan is still in the primary stage of industrial life cycle.The enterprises in the industry are small,enterprises' management is lack of standardization,and the profitability is poor,the elderly services industry has not yet become a systematic and industrialized development industry.Banking industry is also trying them best to explore how to support the old-age industry developing effectively and healthily,so that banks can ensure their business development orderly and credit risks is under control.In this paper,author based on Yunnan area where she located,according to positive credit working train of thought,build an "Industry-Region-Customer" Evaluation Model,not only isolated appraise customers,but also put it into the aging industry and region where it is located to get a systematic evaluation,in order to provide methods and basis for A bank to choose target elderly services firms in Yunnan at the beginning of aging industry,when elderly services companies are small,weak and of large amount.Industry evaluation mainly bases on resource endowment to analyze the suitability and development prospects of old-age industry in Yunnan;Regional evaluation model is set up to evaluate and score the 16 prefectures in Yunnan,combined with its own characteristics to figure out the appropriate degree of developing old-age industry,and what regional strategy A bank should take in its credit work.As for customer aspects,the author builds a Customer Evaluation Model on account of aging industry's characteristics,through score section to set customer strategy.After integrating regional strategy and customer strategy,the A bank's credit strategy in Yunnan pension industry is clear.In the end,taking the B pension center as an example will state it specific.
