In recent years,the country's strong support and investment for electronic commerce,the construction of "the Belt and Road initiatives" gives opportunities for the expansion of the Xinjiang electronic commerce transaction scale.Yet,the inherent characteristics of e-commerce,and the lack of effective credit evaluation mechanism for E-businessmen which leading E-businessmen's dificiency become increasingly serious,that hindering the healthy development of Xinjiang E-businessmen.Therefore,it is high time to all the relavent fields focus on to study and establish suitable credit evaluation model for Xinjiang E-businessmen to evaluate them comprehensively and realisticly.In order to solve the problems above,this paper firstly,analyzes the deficiencies of the current credit evaluation system,then based on the former research,combined with the actual situation of Xinjiang E-commerce,research on credit evaluation of Xinjiang E-businessmen.The main research work of this paper includes:(1)Taking “taobao” xinjiang's E-businessmen as the main object of the research,analyzing current credit evaluation system of C2 C e-commerce to find out the risk factors which will be happened during the process of transaction,then establishes a credit evaluation index system to fully reflect the real credit situation of E-businessmen.(2)Based on the established credit evaluation index system,collecting reliable information and taking it as samples,establishing multiple linear model by using entropy method,then get the weight of each index,At the end,establishes a credit evaluation model for Xinjiang's E-businessmen.(3)According to the established evaluation model,this paper calculating each one's credit value to evaluates Xinjiang's E-businessmen,then based on new credit values and considering each region's advantages puts forward some suggestions.This paper considering the seller shops deposit amount?penalty rate?refund rate and other factors while determining the electronic commerce credit evaluation index,in order to reflect repayment ability of the seller and restrict their breach ofcontract.therefore the qualitative approach used this paper reduces the impact of human subjective factors in the calculating the weight of index so as to evaluate the seller credit more scientifically and objectively.
