Study On Scale Operation And Development Of Agriculture In Anze County,Shanxi Province

Since the reform and opening up,China' s rural areas have gradually implemented the household contract responsibility system to solve the problem of food and clothing and basic livelihoods.The implementation of this measure has enabled the majority of farmers to obtain autonomy in land production and management,which has not only solved basic problems but also greatly improved the lives of farmers.Level.However,for a long time,the one-family average grain system has been deeply entrenched,which has caused China's agriculture to continue its fragmented production of small-scale agriculture,and this small-scale peasant economy has low acceptance of mechanization and science and technology so that the development of China's agricultural production is seriously hindered.The realization of agricultural scale management is an effective way to solve the current dilemma of agricultural smallholder production.In the Central Document No.1 of 2018,it was clearly stated that it is necessary to implement the cultivation project for the new type of agricultural management entities and develop various forms of moderate-scale operations.In the long run,agricultural scale management is a key stage in the road to agricultural modernization.It is already an important direction for agricultural development in the future that government-led and market-determined roles should be played on the basis of respecting the wishes of farmers.Based on the EBSP analysis of the status quo of agricultural scale management in Anze County,this paper explores the current restrictive factors that restrict the agricultural scale operation in Anze County,such as unsound land transfer mechanism,low level of farmers' organization,and low level of rural labor transfer..Therefore,it proposed to develop measures for agricultural scale management in Anze County,such as establishing a flexible land transfer mechanism,increasing the degree of farmers' organization,and promoting the transfer of rural labor,etc.,and thus making Anze County more successful in the process of agricultural modernization.
