Study On The Restrictive Factors And Countermeasures Of Moderate Scale Management Of Agriculture In Tongshan District Of Xuzhou City

In the new era,faced with weakening policy incentives,increasing constraints on cultivated land resources,and lagging agricultural infrastructure construction in agricultural development and food production,the development of agricultural moderate scale management has been placed in a more important position.This thesis takes the moderate scale operation of agriculture in Tongshan District of Xuzhou City as an example to study the constraints and countermeasures for the development of moderate scale operation of agriculture.Based on the moderately-scale operation of agriculture,this thesis collects first-hand empirical data,documents and data through questionnaires and individual interviews.This thesis tends to analyze the problems and constraints in the development of moderate-scale management of agriculture in Tongshan District of Xuzhou City from the objective and subjective aspects,and then tries to find out a way to improve the moderate scale operation of agriculture in Tongshan District of Xuzhou City.This thesis consists of five chapters.Firstly,the thesis begins with purpose and significance of agricultural moderate scale management as well as the related research and analyses both at home and abroad,gives a brief introduction to research methodogy of the study,and continuously demonstrates the implications and limitations of the study.Secondly,the thesis conducts a theoretical study of agricultural moderate scale management,focusing on the concepts and characteristics agricultural moderate scale management as well as the necessity and feasibility of the study.At the same time,this part reviews the exploration process of the land transfer system since the reform and opening up,and summarizes the evolution of the related policy and legal system and the formation process.Thirdly,the thesis is the empirical analysis of agricultural moderate scale management in Tongshan District of Xuzhou City selected as the survey sample in three different historical periods in China,with the purpose to reveal its status quo and problems.Fourthly,the thesis continuously presents the factors impeding the development of agricultural moderate scale management in Tongshan District of Xuzhou City based on the analysis of four aspects:system,economy,culture and society.Then the last part come into the conclusion,which gives some suggestions on how to realize sustainable development of agricultural moderate scale management in Tongshan District of Xuzhou City on policy support,innovative development model,professional talent training and social service system.The sustainable development of agricultural moderate scale management will be contributive to achieve a win-win situation in the food security,food supply,leisure and entertainment,farmers' income,and resource optimization in Tongshan District of Xuzhou City.
