Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Products Circulation In Ninghai County

In recent years,the process of domestic agricultural modernization has been accelerating,but most county agriculture is still in extensive operation.Ninghai County has a large variety of agricultural products,but the scale of production is small,with farmers mainly producing and selling their own products.It is a typical household workshop agricultural production and management mode.Located in the densely populated area of the core urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta,the consumption market of agricultural products should have great potential,but most of the farmers are still in the stage of self-sufficiency,and some even have to sell at a low price to avoid unsalability,bearing the huge risk of loss.Studying the problems existing in the circulation of agricultural products in Ninghai County and putting forward corresponding countermeasures are of great practical significance for increasing farmers' income and promoting economic development.In this paper,using the methods of second-hand data collection,field visits,surveys and questionnaires,using statistical description method,the current circulation situation of agricultural products in Ninghai County is analyzed.Considering how farmers circulate agricultural products,the main current circulation modes are summarized.Four kinds of circulation costs,such as distribution cost,processing cost,storage cost and transaction cost,are introduced to analyze and find out the existence.The main problems and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The results show that:(1)Current situation of agricultural products circulation in Ninghai County: Although the main circulation bodies have diversified development,there are few main agricultural products management bodies,such as professional cooperatives,leading agricultural enterprises,brokers,etc.,and farmers still operate independently from their own production and marketing.The three-tier network of circulation market has initially taken shape,but the wholesale market of no origin has been formed.Fixed stalls in agricultural markets are paid for,and their functions are relatively single.The circulation of new agricultural products is in its infancy.(2)From the perspective of how farmers circulate agricultural products,the current mode of agricultural products circulation can be summarized as the following five: the two main modes of circulation are "farmer + farmer market" and "farmer + wholesaler","farmer + order","farmer + supermarket" and "farmer + network",supplemented by three modes,which still remain in the traditional and semi-traditional stage.(3)The shortcomings and problems in the circulation of agricultural products are as follows: the lagging construction of trading market,the low degree of organization of circulation subjects,the large proportion of traditional circulation modes,and the lagging development of cold chain logistics.(4)From the Perspective of Reducing Circulation Cost and Benefiting Farmers,this paper puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to optimize the circulation of agricultural products,including improving the construction of market infrastructure,cultivating and expanding the main body of circulation of agricultural products,vigorously developing new circulation modes of agricultural products,and strengthening the construction of storage and transportation facilities of agricultural products.
