Research On Performance Evaluation Of Z Insurance Company's Agricultural Insurance

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and the guarantee of social stability.However,China's agricultural production conditions are relatively backward,and the line of agricultural production is still a high-risk industry.Agricultural production activities in various regions of China will be affected by climate,geographical conditions and other factors,and will also have varying degrees of impact on the economic benefits of farmers.As an important strategy to avoid the systemic risk of agricultural insurance,agricultural insurance has been paid more and more attention.The implementation and application of agricultural insurance plays a very important role in promoting the increase of farmers' income,promoting the development of agricultural industrialization and improving the benefits of agricultural loans,and has a great welfare effect.Therefore,for insurance companies,economic involvement in agricultural insurance,not only for enterprises is a huge opportunity for development,but also for the government,society and the development of agricultural industry has important development significance.At present,agricultural insurance is still in the initial stage of development because of the influence of national conditions and other factors,and there are many problems in the performance appraisal of agricultural insurance.Although the performance appraisal of agricultural insurance is becoming more and more perfect,on the whole,the performance appraisal index is not set reasonably,the content is too single,and the formalization phenomenon is obvious,for which the performance appraisal work does not play a practical role.For Z insurance company,the company's existing performance appraisal system has been improved after years of practice,but there are still many problems.Based on the theory of performance management,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current research status of domestic and foreign research based on the theory of performance management,and gives a detailed conceptual interpretation of the agricultural insurance and the performance system.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the performance management system of Z insurance company,and introduces the basic situation of Z insurance company in detail,as well as the development status of its agricultural insurance business.Then it focuses on the analysis of the status of the performance management system of Z insurance company,the concrete implementation of the management object,the content and the method and so on,and summarizes the current series of problems in the Z insurance company.The emphasis of this paper is the analysis and evaluation of the performance of the agricultural insurance of the Z insurance company,and gives the analysis of the previous analysis.Finally,the standard of the performance assessment of the company's agricultural insurance is discussed.In the end,the article analyzes the protection measures of the application of the Z insurance company's agricultural insurance performance management system from five aspects: the construction of the performance management mechanism,the promotion of agricultural insurance publicity,the innovation of agricultural insurance,the widening of the financing channels and the promotion of the security level.This paper mainly studies the implementation of the performance system of Z insurance company's agricultural insurance,and provides a good demonstration for the performance management system optimization and implementation of other insurance companies,and can provide reference for the performance management of other companies.
