So this paper researches the business model of Annwa agricultural insurance research and analyses the operational efficiency and optimization of claims mode and premium sharing mode. This paper firstly introduces the importance of the policy agricultural insurance and analyzes the development of agricultural insurance and related research at home and abroad. Secondly through the study on agricultural insurance national institutions, this paper uses the data envelope analysis method to point out the defect of Annwa policy agricultural insurance operation mode and to optimize the operation mode finally. Finally this paper puts forward the related policy suggestion.
