| In recent years,vending machines play a more and more important role in people’s lives,and become a new powerful retail form in retail industry,such as supermarkets,shopping malls,electric providers and so on.At present,most vending machines on the market are selling all kinds of retail products,and special food vending machines with raw material processing functions are becoming a new star in the field of vending,which is gradually recognized by the market.Compared with the traditional vending machine,the most prominent feature of vending machine is that fresh food is the raw material,and the higher the supply chain efficiency of vending machine is.In this paper,hot dogs vending machine as the research object,based on the supply chain management and production management theories,combined with existing research results,to establish and perfect the system of supply chain research,for the hot dogs vending machine operators design the supply chain system,and carry out the supply chain management and provide the relevant theoretical basis.Firstly,food vending industry and its present situation of supply chain are introduced,and the present research situation and application prospect of the existing stated necessity and feasibility and the premise of imported hot dog vending machine business and the supply chain system construction;secondly,through organization structure and business process of automatic hot dogs vending machine operators of supply chain to analyze its characteristics,and then try to make the supply chain model of the business by using the theory of supply chain management;on this basis,through the analysis of related cases,study the core link of the three aspects of suppliers,logistics,consumer relationship;finally from internal factors and the technical and regulatory level,to explore the important support system and the security conditions of the supply chain,to promote the supply of hot dogs vending The continuous and efficient operation of the chain. |
