Human resources transformation in 1996 by Thomas ask,after the road has experienced a series of reforms,a us-funded enter:prises take the lead in the western world started a revolution in the transformation of enterprise internal human resources.As a result,Chinese companies have also started to follow suit,and tries to figure out your own situation of human resource management Domestic many human resources workers,however,are still wandering at the edge of the enterprise strategy,and is far away from the organization's business and core value.Human resources workers over the years has been the internal plethora of specific firm stumbles,other departments have put forward professional problems that cannot be made professional answer.If want to use a lot of time to study strategy and professional problems,so the traditional daily hr services to and to whom to manage?In order to answer the above questions,this case through the perspective of hr representative,describes the landscape garden group,the evolution of the human resources department.Role theory of human resources and organizational change theory as the guidance,reveals the importance and necessity of transformation of domestic small and medium-sized enterprise human resources.Specifically,this paper has carried out the following work.In the aspect of theory,based on the existing literature,this paper expounds the role theory of human resources and organizational change and so on basic theory of the core.According to the different growth stage of enterprise,combining the characteristics of the hr department itself changes the division of stages of organizational change.In different stages of development of enterprises,the change of human resources are corresponding to the different problems,and problems in each stage are also corresponds to the different solutions and personal views and opinions are put forward.In case,this paper describes the landscape garden group from primary scale to grow,and listed a series of transformation growth process,fully shows the enterprise at different stages of the different needs of the human resources department and human resources at different stages of enterprise development role.The contribution of this study can be of most domestic small and medium-sized enterprise human resources reform to provide the corresponding reference experience,so as to promote the domestic enterprise human resources management level of ascension.
