In 2019,the external environment and internal conditions for China's economic development are becoming more complex.Some economic and non-economic difficulties and challenges are on the rise.The research object of this paper is SZ group,a large state-owned enterprise established in 2002,which combines public utility,security,market competition and industrial diversification.In recent years,SZ group has seized the rare development opportunity,and continuously promoted the group's large-scale development,intensive operation and professional management,realizing the rapid growth of asset scale,sales revenue and profit.Now,SZ group has completed the transformation from the previous "opportunity-oriented" to "strategy-oriented" enterprise,and the transformation of corporate strategy puts forward higher requirements for human resource management.The main purpose of this paper is to make an organic combination of SZ group's strategy and human resource management,and to transform from "old state-owned enterprise personnel management" to strategic human resource management in line with the group strategy.Based on the theory of strategic human resource management,organizational change theory and other relevant theories,this paper focuses on the strategy of SZ Group and analyzes the new requirements of corporate strategic development on human resource management from top to bottom.Based on the core functions of strategic human resources management thinking,combined with experience of the author in SZ group is engaged in the HR summary and through interview and investigation,Zha Bai SZ group,problems existing in current human resource management is pointed out that the traditional human resource management of the current cannot very good service for group development strategy,and SZ group for the urgent demand of human resources management transformation.In strategic human resources management under the guidance of "people-oriented" core idea,put forward building group strategy as the core of strategic human resource management,two important goals to strategic human resource management,namely: the transformation of human resource management function,the transformation from the traditional personnel management to participate in the strategic human resource management of enterprise strategy and strategic services for the company,the smooth implementation strategy for the purpose,analyzes the transformation of SZ group.Through guided by the strategic human resources management core functions,starting from the sixmodules of the human resources management,to adapt to the group's strategic human resources management strategy,from the build competence,perfecting the talent introduction mechanism,improve the talent training mechanism,optimization of compensation control system of the implementation of transformation strategy,further conform to the reform of state-owned enterprises innovation requirements.As a state-owned enterprise,SZ Group carries out the reform.Due to the special nature of its state-owned enterprise,the transformation work will face various internal and external difficulties and challenges.Through analysis,this paper finds out the implementation path to overcome the obstacles to the transformation.While maintaining the advantages of the state-owned enterprise system,the party and government leaders of the group should personally take charge of the transformation work.In the face of the possible emotional rebound among employees,management communication should be strengthened during the transformation and labor relations should be handled harmoniously in the transformation.Human resources management transformation is a complicated and long-term work,SZ group,department of human resources as the core of the transformation,in order to support and guarantee for the smooth implementation of strategic human resources management transformation,SZ group HR also needs to further enhance the management level,for the purpose of service strategy,relying on the modern human resources information system,promote efficiency of human resources work,build human resources sharing platform,make the group towards professional human resource management to provide professional technical support for transformation work.The research on the transformation of strategic human resource management proposed in this paper can effectively improve the human resource management level of SZ Group,so as to adapt to the long-term development of enterprise strategy and provide reference for other state-owned enterprises in the transformation of human resource management.
