Affected by the change of the economic globalization,consumer lifestyle,health management service industry is booming,health management services in China in terms of service supply subject or service form and content are showing a vigorous development of the new situation.As the government have promoted the healthy development of service industry management of the environment,the traditional health management service subject and the new health management service agencies and enterprises are aware of the great prospects and business opportunities in the field of health management services.Small and medium enterprises are growing rapidly,technology company A need to review and improve the company's service marketing strategy in order to adapt to the era of rapid development and consumer demand for increasingly complex health services.This article uses the related marketing theory to propose marketing strategy to technology company A,the strategy is based on external environment,internal environment and SWOT anysis.It helps the company to improve and adjust product structure to better serve customers with the following approaches:using the existing platform to allow the effective use of information technology;developing APP mobile terminal products and customers zero distance communication.Finally,the suggestion of implementing securing tools for marketing strategy combination and adjustment aims at achieving sustainable and rapid development for the company.The analysis found that technology company A mainly have the following problems in the marketing strategy:product strategy do not match with the strategic objectives,the product variety is single;channel strategy only relies on the existing customers without developing and increasing more downstream customers,lack of promoting the rapid business development with the development of information technology,promotion of the strategy and consumer communication mode is out of date,waste of resources in a very idle state and serious lack of sales team-the company cannot wait to set up its own sales team.The technology company A problems in the marketing strategy,on the 7 p marketing theory as the instruction,from product,price,channel,personnel,tangible demonstration,promotion,process seven aspects,for A technology company to develop and improve the new marketing strategy.Single to multiple,using the existing platform,realize the effective use of information technology,to develop the APP mobile terminal products,expand customer development channels,and master the independent pricing power,zero distance communication with customers.Finally,put forward the concrete measures for implementation of marketing strategy suggestion,expect to help A company in the market competition of science and technology to get fast development,also to the development of health management industry play A demonstration role.
