The Fourth Party Logistics can satisfactorily resolved many problems which the 3PL can't solve along with the development of 4pl, such as logistics technology integration, integration and optimization of logistics tasks. The integration of logistics jobs has been a main means that the modern logistics method reduces the logistics cost. So how to distribute the logistics jobs among the multi-agent, how to optimize and integrate the path of logistics jobs, all is becoming an important research issue in the filed of management science.Based on former research, this paper researchs job integration of multi-agent oriented 4th party logistics. At first, the paper presents the research work about the concept, characteristic,operation model and the operation flow of 4PL and so on.And then introduces the importance of logistics integration and the mode of the logistics integration. Afterward, comprehensively considering the optimization model of integration , the more important is the path and job choice problems. This paper builds up an optimization model of job integration of multi-agent which is based on the graph structure of which is only one staring point and oriented 4th party logistics,and proposes the C-W Algorithm which is based upon neighborhood search algorithm to solve the problem. Finally, in order to accord with truth situation, multi-staring points are introduced into the model. This paper discuss the optimization model of job integration of multi-agent, and designes a job hitching algorithm based on the main job to solve the problem.
